Orders are typically processed within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the fastest and most reliable option for your location.

5. Risk of Loss & Title
All orders are shipped FOB shipping point (meaning risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the package). Once marked “delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your order appears lost or delayed:
Verify the shipping address you entered at checkout.
Check with neighbors or household members.
Contact the carrier with your tracking number.
If still unresolved, email support@jellsy.com
within 7 business days of the expected delivery date so we can investigate.
For stolen packages, we recommend filing a claim directly with the carrier. While we cannot guarantee replacements, we’ll do our best to help.
7. Incorrect Address Policy
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
We will notify you and offer reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
Refunds may be issued minus shipping costs if you choose to cancel the order.
8. Multiple Shipments

Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Payment and Refund Policy
At Jellsy, we accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal. Please note that full payment must be completed before we can process and ship your order.
Upon receiving your order, we will perform a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to complete the transaction. Your card will be charged once the authorization is approved. The funds received will serve as a deposit for the total value of the goods you are purchasing. Once your order has been dispatched and a confirmation email is sent, the amount paid will be considered full payment for the items listed in the confirmation.
As our products are personalized and hand-crafted to your specific design and requests, production will only begin after your payment has been confirmed.
To complete your payment, simply click on the “Proceed To Checkout” or “PayPal Checkout” buttons on our website. You will then be redirected to the payment-processing website, where you can pay using either your credit card or PayPal account. The payment will be processed by PayPal, and the transaction will appear on your credit card statement as PayPal.
